Prep and "cook" time: 35 minutes
Makes 30 macaroons
Ingredients
- 1 can of low-fat condensed milk, such as Eaglebrand
- 400 g non-sweeted, shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place oven rack to highest part of the oven.
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Place spoonfuls of mixture on a greased baking sheet, baking 12 at a time.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden around the edges.
- Cool on a plate.
